2016 has already seen thousands of children pass through the Dartmoor Activity Centre gates (our last group will depart in mid December!) and we’re proud to have had another successful year here at Broadleas.
Part of this saw us sponsor a group of children from Devon with various difficult backgrounds who joined us for a residential week in September, the week was done in partnership with DOT-C who provided the catering and activities. It was a successful week and gave the children a chance to leave behind some tough backgrounds and focus on getting muddy in nature! We are looking forward to holding more of these residential in 2017.
During the coming winter, as we do each year, we are planning further improvements and developments to the site and grounds here at Broadleas, keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks and months for updates on what these will be.
Dates for 2017 and even beyond are going fast, so do contact us as soon as possible to discuss your booking enquiry.
The Broadleas Charitable Trust would like to thank the many and varied school and youth groups that stayed here in 2016. It’s because of you that we are here and that we are able to carry on giving children of all backgrounds a rare, life changing residential experience in the great outdoors.
